About the Event
Our Women's Circles are a safe space to come and feel loved, held, heard and supported.
Come as you are. There is no need to 'be' a certain way, here we accept you exactly as you are.
Make yourself a cuppa, grab a pen and paper, if there is a quote or a short reading/poem you might like to share feel free to bring it and just let me know you would like to read it to the group before the session starts.
The circles include a grounding and heart-opening meditation to create a safe space to drop into collectively
- if you have a candle we will light these together to connect energetically.
Then we hold space for one another to share what arises.
It is a gentle unravelling of reflections, intuitively guided by @slowliving.withlucy a Shamanic Reiki Healer and Feminine Embodiment Coach.
We gather virtually via Zoom at 8pm UK and the session will be approximately 2hrs long.
Tickets are FREE - or you can make an optional donation of £10/£20/£30
