This Virgo New moon is asking you to choose which goals you value working towards over the next 6 months.

It's a powerful time to get super clear on your direction, and be intentional about how you prioritise your energy.

New Moon's are the time to set your intentions - and this organised Virgo Moon is the perfect time to simplify your burdens and refine your personal truth. Honour the seasonal shift into Autumn and relax into a slower more internalised way of being. These are the months to go inwards and reawaken your creatrix and your muse. Close the curtains on 'showing up', and instead enjoy playing with new ideas that you can hatch in 6 months time.

You have worked through some huge collective shifts already this year, now is the time to re-assess what is important to you, and what may have dramatically changed on your list of priorities. Become more mindful of how you honour YOUR energy moving forwards, and how much of other peoples energies you allow to influence your decisions.

We will look at these themes as a group, with a guided meditation to help you drop into your body, journal prompts to help you navigate your thoughts, and a sacred circle to allow you to voice what comes through.

There will also be a moon water ritual where we infuse our bottles with our intentions, and write our letter of manifestation for 6 months time. For this you will need;

- a glass bottle

- water (ideally rain/sea/purified or mineral but not essential)

- a blank envelope

- a sheet of paper

- a crystal/ stone/ shell to charge the intentions

Prepare your sacred space ready to recieve your practice (think comfy, cosy & quiet)

- Have a pen and paper

- Water to stay hydrated

- And a candle ready to light with the group to connect energetically.
