All beautiful themes that we will reflect upon with this watery feminine moon.
New Moon's are the time to set your intentions - but sometimes it's nice to have a little guidance and accountability to help you really honour this ritual with yourself. To enhance this practise on a deeper level - we will be working with the energy of water and positive intentions - creating our very own bottles of infused MOON WATER.
There will be an Anahata (heart chakra) meditation to help you expand your heart space, in order to truly drop into the space to RECEIVE. Allowing your manifestatons a safe place to land.
Time will then be given to set your intentions, share them with the group, and then ground them into our moon water.
The session will include takeaway notes on everything discussed + some additional self-care practices and ways to honour our emotions.
