The Full Moon in Capricorn brings an element of structure and focus on our ambitions, goals and how to achieve success. Full Moon’s are the perfect time for releasing anything that’s no longer serving you, so we will take a look at any blocks or resistances standing in the way of us and our desires.  

Are you ready to step into what your soul is craving?? Join The Goddess Squad for a group meditation, self-reflection, and sister share. Followed by a burn release ritual to really let go of your blocks and limiting beliefs. The ceremony is fully guided by @slowliving.withlucy a shamanic reiki healer and feminine embodiment coach.

-We start with a grounding and heart-opening meditation. -Followed by a short introduction to the moon energies and the themes we will be working on in the session. -You will then be guided through some self-reflection questions

- After which you will be given a chance to share your insights with the group, or simply listen to the other women in the circle. -Together we will carry out a beautiful fire release ritual to energetically let go of old stagnant energies. We gather virtually via Zoom at 8pm BST and the session will be approximately 2hrs long.
